Hello, Gardeners, Farmers, and Vendors!

The 2019 Riverwest Gardeners Market will be held on Sundays from 10am-3pm, in Garden Park at 821 e Locust st. The market will start June 2nd and continue for 21 weeks until October 27th. There will be no market on June 9th due to Locust Street Festival.

The full season fee is $225. The daily fee is $15 if you register now for specific days. Due to logistics, we discourage day-of vendors, but we understand things happen. The new cost for day-of-vendors is $20.

***We expect all vendors to grow, craft, or make the products they sell.

The market operates in any weather, except for weather that poses a safety threat (considerable thunderstorms or other dangerous weather conditions). Our staff will use their discretion to cancel the market. We will contact you at the phone number and email you provide in such a situation, as well as post on social media.

We expect vendors to bring the appropriate licenses with them to every market. These licenses differ depending on the goods being sold. We expect you to know what licenses are required for your products and what needs to be done to fulfill the requirements associated with the licenses. We ask that you arrive no later than 9AM on market days to set up your stand in your designated spot in the park. If you are not yet on site by 9AM, we will contact you at the phone number you provide on your application. If you do not respond to our contact by 9:15AM and another vendor is available to fill your spot, we reserve the right to fill your vacant spot with an alternate vendor for the day. If you make contact with us by 9:15AM saying that you are indeed coming to set up, we will hold your spot until 9:30AM. Any spots left empty after 9:30AM, regardless of your response to our contact, may be filled by the market staff at their discretion. We appreciate advanced notice if there are days that you know you will not be able to make it to the market, though we understand unpredictable situations like illness, injury, family emergencies, etc.
